SHIPPING

All our orders are shipped by POSTNL. We do our utmost best to deliver your order within 1-2 working days after your payment is confirmed. All orders placed before 3 p.m. (Monday to Friday) leave the same day and we aim to deliver your order within the Netherlands the next day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

For Europe and other countries, the estimated delivery time is 2-3, 4-6 or 8-12 working days, depending on the country (see below). If you have an urgent request, please feel free to send us an email info@ilovekama.com for more info and prices.

BIRTHCLOTH PERSONALIZED WITHIN 3 WEEKS

Production time for a personalized Birthcloth is maximum of 3  weeks after your request has been approved and confirmed plus the indicated delivery time. Of course we strive to deliver as soon as possible, but please do understand that manual labour takes time.

EXPRESS DESIGN SERVICE 5-6 working days

We understand that sometimes an order simply can’t wait. Therefore we offer the express design service. With this service your (personalized) Kama Birthcloth will be delivered within 6 working days plus the indicated delivery time after your request has been approved and confirmed. COLLECT YOUR BIRTHCLOTH  IN KAMA ATELIER

If you wish you can pick up your Kama Birthcloth at our Kama Atelier. Please let us know in advance by email.

DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS

During the check-out we offer the option to choose an address that is different from the billing address. Even if you use a different delivery address, you must sign for receipt. You will always receive an email with a Track & Trace link to track your package

DAMAGED PACKAGE

We selected our carriers with the utmost precision. However, it occasionally happens that a package is delivered damaged. Our advice: ask  the delivery person to make a note of this and report it to the transport company. We also advice you to report the complaint to our customer service.

GENERAL

We handle the delivery date of the carrier as the date of receipt.

GIFTING

During your check-out we offer the option to choose an address that is different from the billing address. Even if you use a different delivery address, you must sign for receipt. You will always receive an email with a Track & Trace link to track your package.

All Kama Birthcloth orders are delivered in a giftbox.

No invoice will be included and the price tags of the items will be removed.

As a buyer you will receive the invoice by e-mail.

RETURNS

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your item(s), you are always entitled to return or exchange your items within 14 days from the time of delivery.

Please note that personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

By returning, Kama means returning an ordered item to us, for which you will be fully compensated.

By exchange, Kama means exchanging an ordered item for another item from our store.

To return your order please fill in the return form.

REFUND

Products must be returned unused and undamaged with the original packaging and labels attached.

A full refund of the purchase price will be given, including the original shipping charges.

If an item is used or damaged, the item(s) will be sent back to you and your refund will be refused.

We will refund your order within 7 working days counting from the day we receive your order. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 14 days for us to receive your returned product.

EXCHANGE

If you want to exchange your order you’ll need to place a new order and return the original product for a refund.
